Clean Make, Clean Sound.
We don’t use bone or hide glue in our workshop, so our guitars are vegan, and with no nasty chemicals, solvents, or polyurethane resins used, the Model 1 happens to be one of the cleanest guitars on the market. Of course, if you’re after a dirty sound, it can do that, too.
Dripping With Colour.
The Model 1 comes in eight stock colours, from Wafer Pink to Crowbar Red. We also offer custom colours, so you can finally match your axe to your stage outfit. We use a signature water-based ‘thin skin’ finish, which is durable but wears in beautifully, doesn’t react with guitar stands and is considerably less polluting than nitro or PU finishes.
Pickups Pack a Punch.
We’ve fitted the Model 1 with hand-wound Old Guard P90 pickups, made by Bare Knuckle Pickups, who are based in the South West of England, not too far from our own workshop. The P90s create a warm, full tone, with heaps of presence and a sprinkle of grit. Combine these with the lightweight but highly resonant two-piece poplar body, and you’ve got an undeniably punchy electric guitar.
